Stop talking about it. :)

This has really helped me manifest some major things. And it has helped others too, who once were stuck.

But as always: do what YOU are inspired to do.

Sometimes you have to tell people about your dream for some reason. Like I did. That's OK if they don't support your vision. Now you know what to do to get back on track.

Hi! I did it! I snuck down into my office again. :) A client asked me about soul mate manifestation tips and I thought, Hey, this is something a lot of people would love to know. Maybe I'll make a video about it!

There are a lot of things that can be said about the topic. This is a great starter to that.

In this quick video I tell you:

So.... I had a really big energetic shift and it felt WONDERFUL. And then it felt like "aaaaaarg" and "waaaaaaa" because all of a sudden things in my life started falling apart. Like miscommunications and uncomfortable relationship surprises. What the heck?

Then I remembered: when you shift everything shifts.

So how did I move through it?

I talk about that in this video. I tell you about a tool you can use to help you in the in-between time. And I also reveal why my messy hair sticking up all over the place was a good thing. True story.

I was asked about how to line up with the energy, idea, and actualization of the body you want. I've used Law of Attraction tools to lose weight twice. (I gained weight years later when I had my third baby, but that's another story.)

My favorite part about using Law of Attraction for weight loss is that once you maneuver your mind into alignment the actions you take are easy. They are inspired. They FEEL GOOD. That means no standing there staring at the donut wishing you could eat it while fighting the urge. No HAVING to go to the gym.

​(I don't know about you but I am so bad at disciplined action. Like, terrible.)
