I was asked about how to line up with the energy, idea, and actualization of the body you want. I've used Law of Attraction tools to lose weight twice. (I gained weight years later when I had my third baby, but that's another story.)
My favorite part about using Law of Attraction for weight loss is that once you maneuver your mind into alignment the actions you take are easy. They are inspired. They FEEL GOOD. That means no standing there staring at the donut wishing you could eat it while fighting the urge. No HAVING to go to the gym.
(I don't know about you but I am so bad at disciplined action. Like, terrible.)
